Whether it’s a small intimate family gathering or an extravagant soiree, husband and wife Dick Strawbridge and Angel Adoree guarantee your journey to be effortless and your celebration wondrous.
Chateau-de-la-Motte Husson is set within 12 acres of breathtaking parkland. It features a majestic moat, an Art Deco orangery, a walled garden and numerous outbuildings and stables, not to mention the chateau itself, which boasts 5 floors and 45 rooms! It truly is a fairytale and the ideal backdrop for your elegant vintage wedding.
The chateau was built in 1864 to show-off its original owner’s wealth. The grand reception salons scream decadence and can host up to 200 people.
The salle à manger can host 12 people for a sit-down multiple course tasting menu and the Art Deco orangery can seat 80 people for a wedding breakfast.
Angel Adoree, founder of the Vintage Patisserie has 20 years’ hospitality experience under her belt. Known for her attention to detail and quirky twist on events, Angel is an expert at turning dreams and visions into reality. She also believes that the journey should be just as fun and that it begins from the very first phone call.
Angel’s husband, television presenter and Celebrity Masterchef finalist Dick Strawbridge, also knows a thing or two about hosting. With Dick’s incredible culinary knowledge you can rest assured that you’ll be in the best of hands.
Angel and Dick understand that every celebration is unique and have never understood the concept of a ‘package’. Whether it’s their signature taster menus in the Chateau or Orangery, high tea in the garden, a hog roast at midnight or anything else your imagination can think of, they have the experience, commitment, and passion to make your dream of an elegant vintage wedding come true.
